Dianabol Cycle

There are no two ways about it, if you're looking for a big cycle, a cycle that packs a massive, wallop of a punch than a Dianabol cycle is the answer. If there is a question regarding what to do in-order to rapidly increase size and mass, a Dianabol cycle will be the answer each and every time. Of course, because you're a smart individual you know you will never complete a Dianabol cycle that consists of Dbol and nothing else; not only would this be pointless, but it would be unhealthy. Years ago, back when the steroid first hit the shelves Dbol only cycles were fairly common place, but we know a little more about hormones now, and we know this is unwise. At any rate, let's take a look at how best to plan your Dianabol cycle so that you can gain the tremendous results this steroid can provide.

When to Cycle:

There are a few periods of use for which a Dianabol cycle can be beneficial, and we'll discuss each one as well as one we absolutely hate. The most common period of use will be for what is known as kick starting, but the most underrated period of use will be for what is known as plateau busting. Both periods of use will occur in an off-season bulking cycle, with our third period of use being in a cutting phase; the third period of use will be somewhat rare. Of course, there is a fourth period of use that is common in some circles, and it is the one we do not care for at all; in-fact, as stated we hate it. Let's take a look at all four Dianabol cycle plans in detail:

  • Dianabol Cycle 1 - Kick Starting:
    This period of Dianabol use will be at the beginning of a new cycle of anabolic steroids; in most cases, this kick start period will last approximately 6 weeks. The idea is fairly straightforward; to provide fast and significant gains early on while the slower acting injectable steroids are building in your system. This is a great way to begin any bulking cycle, and one of the most popular ways of all time.
  • Dianabol Cycle 2 - Plateau Busting:
    In any cycle, at some point you're going to hit a wall; you're going to reach a point where the progress comes to a halt. At this point, for most people something has to change; maybe you need a break, maybe you really need to switch your total anabolic steroid cycle plan around, or maybe you just need to add a little Dbol. By adding Dianabol during this period, we'll bust through such a plateau with force and authority, and progress will begin again. This may indeed be one of the Dbol's best uses of all, but it's one most will not need. In most cases, such a use will only be needed in very long cycles by veteran users of an extreme nature. Further, it must be noted; if you kick started with Dbol, you should not run another Dianabol cycle for at least 4 weeks, with 6 weeks being preferred.
  • Dianabol Cycle 3 - Cutting:
    Dianabol is rarely thought of as a cutting steroid and we will not attempt to label it as one, but it can serve a purpose. By its nature, Dianabol can be a significant tissue preserving agent, and more so a strength preserving agent. This is important as tissue and strength are often lost when dieting, but Dbol can protect them. In any case, this can be a decent steroid to use to maintain a fuller look early on in a diet and simply aid in the whole process; it will improve your metabolic rate. Even so, it is not a steroid you'll want to use too close to a physique competition due to the water issues that may occur.
  • Dianabol Cycle 4 - Bridging:
    Bridging is the period of use between cycles; you complete a total cycle, but instead of coming off you run a low dose of anabolic steroids until you begin your next full blown cycle. The idea is to protect your gains and progress, and there's nothing wrong with bridging when it's done at the right times and for the right reasons, but it also must be done correctly. Let's get right to the point; Dbol suppresses natural testosterone production; while not as much as some steroids it's still significant. If used alone you will find yourself with a low testosterone condition, and this simply isn't healthy. If you're going to bridge with one steroid and one steroid only it should always be testosterone; sure, there are exceptions, but this is a good rule of thumb.

What to Stack:

We know we need to supplement with some form of testosterone due to the suppressive nature of Dianabol, and we know the form is inconsequential, but what else, what else can we add to a Dianabol cycle? As off-season bulking is the most common period of use, if you're trying to add mass nothing on earth can beat the tried and true Testosterone, Deca-Durabolin and Dianabol cycle and stack. This is one of the best plans on earth, and further, one that will work well each and every time you use it. Beyond testosterone, and remember, any testosterone form will work other steroids that stack well include Equipoise, Trenbolone (any form) NPP, and Primobolan Depot. These are our top choices, and all the steroids you'll ever need with your Dbol.

Total Use:

For most men, a Dianabol cycle will last 6-8 weeks with 6 weeks being the most common; 8 weeks can be well-tolerated, but you must keep in mind the hepatotoxic nature of the hormone. Further, after 8 weeks, it's highly unlikely the steroid is going to keep providing the same kind of gains unless you up the dose, and that's not a responsible plan; you're better off working your Dbol in and out through various phases of use. In any case, most men will find 20mg per day to be the minimal dosing for a performance benefit with 30mg per day being far more common. If the hormone is tolerated well at these doses, most men will find they can handle 50mg per day, but you'll want to make sure you can handle a lower dose your first go around. Very few men will ever have a need to go above 50mg per day, and to be honest, if you can't grow substantially on 50mg of Dianabol a day your hormones are either fake or something is wrong with the way you eat and train, and we mean horribly wrong.
